What does working with an EP look like?
Step 1:
We get to know you and what you are looking to improve on during our time together.
Step 2:
We walk you through some simple activities to test your abilities and find out your strengths and areas for improvement.
Step 3:
We formulate a plan with you. You are the expert in what is realistic and achievable in your life. We find what works best with the timeframe you want to achieve your goal.
Step 4:
We re-test. This is vital as it tells us if what we are doing is actually helping us work towards your goals. If we are not measuring, we are guessing.
Step 5:
We continually adjust your program to your current ability and as your goals change.
What to expect in your first appointment:
💪 We will discuss your main purpose for referral, medical history, lifestyle and exercise goals.
💪 We will conduct an initial assessment, determining your current ability.
💪 From this, we will outline your targeted exercise plan. This is unique to you.
💪 We will determine how many appointments might be required to achieve your goals and track your progress.
